Information SupraLink Solutions Gathers/tracks
The SupraLink Solutions Web site automatically captures the visitor's IP
address, whether the user is logged on from a .ca, .com, .gov or .edu
domain. It will also record a subscriber's first and last name, postal
address, email address, phone number, and company name. In the case of
online contests and surveys, SupraLink Solutions may request your name,
username, and contact information, as well as other questions regarding
your computer system, platform and browser, or your personal Web
preferences as a requirement of entry.

Use of the Information SupraLink Solutions Gathers/tracks
The goal of SupraLink Solutions is to be your launching pad to the World
Wide Web and provide you with the information, products and services you
desire. To achieve this goal SupraLink Solutions may need to gather
personal information. This personal information is collected for the
purposes of product monitoring, product/service improvement and, in some
cases, targeted advertising. In addition, we may use personal

Security Against Information Loss or Theft
SupraLink Solutions has security measures in place to attempt to protect
you against the loss, misuse and alteration of your user data that is
under our control. In all cases, your information is retained in secure
facilities, protected from unauthorized access and kept only as long as
is reasonably required. Only authorized employees who have a need to
know your information for the purposes described in this policy have
access to the information you provide. SupraLink Solutions has strict
non-disclosure contracts with all SupraLink Solutions employees who have
access to the databases storing user information or to the servers
hosting our services. Any other particularly sensitive information, such
as your credit card number collected for account payment, is encrypted
on our servers and only access to the last four numbers is available to
employees for security check and user-confirmation purposes.
SupraLink Solutions is not liable for any illegal use of your personal
information that is beyond our reasonable control. You are ultimately
responsible for the security of your SupraLink Solutions ID and
password. Please take care when using and storing this information.
SupraLink Solutions recommends that you do not divulge your password to
anyone and that you change your password regularly. You should log out
of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that
others cannot access your personal information and correspondence,
especially if you share a computer with someone else or are using a
computer in a public place like a library or Internet café.

If you believe that SupraLink Solutions has not complied with its

email to the SupraLink Solutions Privacy Officer.
In your email, please describe, in as much detail as possible, the
manner in which you believe SupraLink Solutions has not complied with
its Privacy Statement. We will investigate your complaint promptly.
Please note that if you provide SupraLink Solutions with inconsistent
privacy preferences, for example, by indicating on one occasion that
third parties may contact you with marketing offers and indicating on
another occasion they may not, SupraLink Solutions cannot guarantee
your most recent privacy preference will be honored.
