Interdictions
SupraLink Solutions strongly prohibits the sending of unsolicited email or posting to newsgroups
such as USENET. Spam email is any email that is unsolicited and not requested from the intended recipient.
Suspension or Disconnection
Any user of SupraLink Solutions sending unsolicited email will be subject to suspension or disconnection of their account.
On Spam
Spamming is not good business. Spam provokes, annoys and wastes valuable
online resources. Unsolicited email is unwelcome electronic mail which is sent for the purpose of selling the recipient goods,
services or properties. Commercial
Spam advertisements are most often used for multi-level marketing schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, work-at-home schemes or for questionable products or pornography.
SupraLink Solutions reserves the right to terminate the accounts of any user found to be
spamming and hold such user liable for damages.
Not All Marketing Emails are Spam
Occasionally, our customers run into bulk emails or particular messages
coming in repeatedly.
These are not necessarily considered as spam.
Sending of your Complaint
Since we do track all incoming unsolicited
email and block offenders, we ask you to help in forwarding
your complaint to
SupraLink Solutions as well as to the sender.
When sending a complaint to the Abuse Team, please make sure to
include the full header information. The tracking of the offender
will be easier. Please direct all complaints about spamming to us.
