Pre-Sales Support
SupraLink Solutions generally offers free pre-sales support and information about products,
services, pricing
or any other related matters.
Post-Sales Support
At SupraLink Solutions, support continues well after the sale. Our
Support Team will be delighted to answer any questions regarding products that you have purchased
from us or services rendered by us.
It is a generally free.
Consulting
Technical information, question and consulting, by email, phone or fax,
can be obtained at our office or yours. These consultations are
subject to be charged at
regular rate. Please call us for more details.
Other services
Specific technical question, session, support, training or
installation are offered. They are subject to be charged at regular price. We will be pleased
pre-evaluate these specialized services.
Billing policies
All accounts are billed automatically at the beginning of their service period. If a client wishes to cancel
his services with SupraLink Solutions, it must be done PRIOR to their billing date. To cancel an account,
email to billing@supralink.com or
call an agent at
514.906.1536. SupraLink Solutions reserves the right to terminate service without notification if an account is in arrears.

appropriate Operating System, the one you are currently using on the
computer to be configured. There are odds that you have problems with
a SupraLink Solutions Internet account, but all can arrive in a
technological universe. If you have a problem with your Internet account or
any other service, you will find in these pages all stages to follow to correct the situation quickly and efficiently.
If you do not arrive there, our Support Team will take over with promptness
and courtesy.
