Billing policies
All accounts are billed automatically at the beginning of their service period. 

If a client wishes to cancel an account with SupraLink Solutions, he must cancel it PRIOR to the billing date. To cancel an account, please call an advisor at 514.906.1536. 

SupraLink Solutions reserves the right to terminate service without notification if an account is in arrears.

An amount of $5 per month will be added for the mailing of a detailed invoice.  

An amount of $15 will be added for any not sufficient funds cheques or refused credit cards.

The prepaid plans are not repayable.

Usage Policies 
An unlimited account is an intermittent dialup account with some restrictions. The client cannot leave the computer continuously connected with an unlimited account.

Accounts are considered to be for the use of a single person. The client is deemed connected to the Internet as long as keyboard and mouse are in operation. Therefore, we disconnect users after 20 minutes of modem inactivity. Users cannot simulate modem activity with an automation program to avoid disconnection. 

Our security system will disconnect any account that presents two simultaneous connections and will prevent the access of this account for a period of one hour. It also implies that the customer will be invoiced for the two accounts. Occurring a refusal to acquit the invoice, SupraLink Solutions reserves the right to disable accounts.

SupraLink Solutions does not give any network support to single dialup connection users and reserves the right to restrict the length of sessions if required. 

You must make sure that you keep your account information private, and not lend out your account. The contact information given to us must be accurate and kept up to date. SupraLink Solutions cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage. 

SupraLink Solutions reserves the right to terminate any account for abuse of services.

You may not run any CGI scripts or executable programs on our server without permission.
