Agreement
This agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration, Management and Maintenance Services, hereafter referred to as "Service", provided to Customer, hereafter referred to as "Customer" by SupraLink Solutions, hereafter referred to as "Provider". Registration with and use of Services constitute acceptance of this Agreement. The Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by the Provider with proper notice provided to the Customer either online or otherwise.

SupraLink Solutions will act like an agent on behalf of the Customer to record his domain name with the applicable authorities, and to manage and maintain it. 

Account Activation, Cancellation, and Provider’s Limits of Responsibility
Please read the following paragraphs attentively.

1. The Service starting date is the day on which Provider activates the Customer's account. Customer understands that the service period extends for a minimum duration of two (2) years for a domain name such as .com, .org, .net and .edu, and is automatically renewed  unless terminated by the Customer or the Provider. In the case of quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing, the service periods shall expire at the end of such term and shall be renewed for the equivalent term. The provider reserves the right to changes its fees at any time and has to inform the Customer by email within (15) days prior to instituting the new rate. Fees changes take effect at any time of renewal.

2. The payments to SupraLink Solutions are non-refundable, unless the Service is clearly defective et non operational. Cancellation of account must be confirmed by written or by email and will terminate at the end of account period. Only a written request relieves Customer of his payment obligation. Lack of use of the Service shall not constitute cancellation.

3. Provider reserves the right to terminate Service to any Customer not respecting this Agreement without prior notice, and to retain or reimburse any prepaid balance at Provider's discretion.

4. Provider makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, for the service it is providing. Provider will not be responsible for any damage suffered by Subscriber, including but not limited to loss of data, delays, non-deliveries, miss-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by Provider or Customer error, omission, or negligence. Use of any information obtained via the Service is at Subscriber's own risk. Provider specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through the Service. Provider does not guarantee end-to end through put of Internet traffic.

5. Usage of this service and any information obtained using of this service is at the Subscriber's risk. Provider does not accept any responsibility of the accuracy, quality, and actions taken in response to the information obtained through its services.

6. Registration of a domain name does not confer any legal right on this name and all processing name must be resolved by concerned parties by using the legal methods. The applied rights are InterNIC's rights.

Services fees
The Customer agrees to pay the price of the registration to SupraLink Solutions and the fees on the services rendered in the process of the registration of the domain name. 

Payments
Payments must be made in advance. All payments are non reimbursable.

Payment Terms
Finally, take note of the following points.

1. Customer agrees to prepay Service charges according to the payment method selected on the Account Registration form. Any credit card or pre-authorized payment which is refused becomes immediately due and payable. Failure to promptly reimburse this amount as well as any bank charges incurred by Provider may result in service cancellation and additional charges, at the discretion of the Provider.

2. Account will be immediately suspended in the event of non-payment within fifteen (15) days following payment due date. Customer shall remain responsible for unpaid balances until expiration of account term, plus interest at the rate of 15% per annum.
